I guess Wisconsin has realized the error of Scott Walker...

i sure hope our membership is paying attention to these efforts to basically gut public sector unions because unions like ours will be the next targets. a project manager friend has been bidding highway work in kansas and missouri, where he told me, the prevailing wage is less than 10 dollars per hour, no benefits. he sends workers down from here, pays them metro scale and has a heck of time competing, it means his people have to out compete the others by 2 to 1 at least, if not more..
